  • Once you place an order and payment is confirmed, we begin processing within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).

  • During high-volume periods (sales, promotions, holidays), processing may take slightly longer — if there’s a significant delay, we will notify you via email or phone.


3. Shipping & Delivery Area

  • We ship to all regions across Pakistan.

  • Shipping to P.O. boxes or certain remote addresses may not be supported (or may take longer) — we will notify you if we cannot fulfill to a given address.

  • All orders are delivered via our selected courier/parcel services.


4. Shipping Options, Costs & Free Shipping

  • Shipping costs (if any) will be shown at checkout before you confirm your order.

  • Free Shipping Across Pakistan is offered (wherever applicable) — as displayed on our home page/banner. twistymart.store

  • If free shipping is not applicable (e.g. bulky items, remote areas, special delivery), shipping fees will be calculated and shown at checkout.


5. Delivery Times / Estimates

  • Typical delivery time for domestic orders is 3–7 business days after dispatch (depending on customer’s location).

  • For major cities, delivery may be quicker.

  • Delivery times are estimates; during peak periods or in remote areas there may be delays.


6. Tracking & Order Notifications

  • Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email (or SMS) with tracking information (tracking number + courier name).

  • You can use this information to track your shipment via the courier’s website/app.

  • If there has been a significant shipping delay or issue, you can contact us at the email or phone number above.


7. Delivery & Acceptance Conditions

  • On delivery, please inspect the package carefully. If the parcel appears damaged, tampered, or the product seems wrong/broken, you may refuse to accept it — and contact us immediately for resolution.

  • Confirm correct address, name, and contact number at checkout to avoid delivery problems.

  • Return shipping costs, refunds or exchange eligibility are handled as per that policy (or otherwise communicated at the time of purchase).


9. Shipping Restrictions & Conditions

  • We currently ship only within Pakistan.

  • Orders cannot be redirected after dispatch (to a different address).

  • If the customer provides an incorrect or unreachable address, Twisty Mart cannot be held responsible for non-delivery or delays.
